How do I place an order?

Q: How do I place an order?

Ordering something on the Vivara website is very simple. You look on the website which product you want to buy and click on it to get to the product page. Once you have made your choice, you can enter the number of products you want to order in the column quantity. Then click on the green add to basket button and you will get a current overview of your basket. Here the total price is shown and you can choose to continue shopping, change the contents of the basket or place the order. Once you have placed all the products you want in your shopping basket, you can checkout. During checkout, you can choose to pay as a guest (you do not create an account), pay as a customer and create an account directly or pay via your account. Your account will then contain your order details. If you choose to checkout as a guest or to create an account directly after ordering, you will need to enter details such as billing address and delivery address. If you choose to checkout with an existing account, these details are filled in by default. Next, choose a shipping method and the method of payment after which you will see your order as an overview. If you are satisfied with your order, you can finalise it and make the payment; you may be redirected to the payment processor's website. Once the payment is completed, you will be taken to our thank you page and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
