When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver our parcels within 2 to 3 working days. Unfortunately, this is not always possible due to busy times. You can see in your account whether the order is ‘pending’ or ‘shipped’. If it has been shipped, you will also have received a shipping confirmation.
