My parcel was supposed to have been delivered but I haven't received anything.

Have you checked with the neighbours yet? They may have dropped it off there, unfortunately PostNL no longer leaves notes in the letterbox. If it is not at the neighbours then we ask you to contact our customer service at sales@birdfood.co.uk. Mention the track & trace code and your order number in the mail.
