How do I enter my discount code?

Redeeming the discount code is very simple:

1. Look up the discount code and copy it if necessary.

2. Log in to your customer account. This is necessary for discount codes that can only be redeemed once per person.

3. Select the products you want to order and then go to the shopping cart.

4. In the shopping cart, enter the discount code in the ‘Discount code’ field provided and then click ‘Apply’.

5. Check that the relevant amount has been deducted from the cost statement.

Note: You can redeem your discount codes only in the shopping cart, not at checkout. If you receive an error message, please check the following steps:

- Make sure you are logged in to your customer account. For discount codes that can only be redeemed once per person, this must be done in advance.

- Check that the code has been entered correctly. When copying from a document, it may happen that a space is accidentally inserted, for example.

- Codes may also be limited to certain products. Our discount codes are generally not applicable to vouchers, books and binoculars.
