Can I still cancel my order?

Unfortunately, this is only possible on the day of ordering itself. You can do this by calling or emailing our customer service. After that, the order is unfortunately already so far along in the process that this is no longer possible. What you then do is refuse the parcel via track and trace or at the door; the driver will then have to take it back with him. Please note that if you do accept the parcel that a return is at your own expense.
