Defender 6 Port Metal Seed Feeder

The Defender Metal Seed Feeder has six feeding ports, allowing a number of garden birds to feed from the feeder at the same time. The feeder also features the simple but highly effective perching rings, these rings ensure birds can feed in their natural feeding position - facing forward.

CJ Wildlife were the first company to create the perching ring for seed feeders as it was recognised that enabling birds to feed in their natural feeding position. Feeding in this position allows the birds to be able to look out for predators which increases their confidence, thus resulting in them being able to remain at the feeder for longer.

The feeder features an easy flow base, tough hanger and cap - all constructed from corrosion resistant solid metal alloy. The tube is made from UV-stabilised polycarbonate, which will not deteriorate when exposed to sunlight. The high-quality materials used will ensure your feeder lasts year after year in all weather. The feeder will also completely dismantle for cleaning. The feeder also has a screw thread in the base making it compatible with many of our feeder accessories including guardians and feeder trays.
